CS Cart is known to compile and cache it's files. If you are encountering any issues in your cart, first thing to do would be clearing your cache through your cart or the best way would be clearing it manually on your server.
1. Log in to your cPanel or FTP and go to the file manager
2. Go the the directory where you set up your CS Cart, find and access the var folder and go to cache.
3. Empty the contents of the cache folder.
And that's it.
